The TSD-AMBC series is a high-performance magnetic bearing controller developed for magnetic bearings that uses an acceleration algorithm based on SoC FPGA hardware with control frequencies up to 64kHz to drive five-axis magnetic bearings. The TSD-AMBC series is available in a variety of models with different power ratings to meet the needs of a wide range of machines.

The TSD-AMBC series is a high-performance magnetic bearing controller developed for magnetic bearings that uses an acceleration algorithm based on SoC FPGA hardware with control frequencies up to 64kHz to drive five-axis magnetic bearings. The product has a completely independent intellectual property rights of 5 degrees of freedom magnetic bearing technology. By electromagnetic force the rotor system can be suspended, high-speed operation of the rotor and the stationary part of the magnetic bearing have no mechanical contact, no friction, no loss and no lubrication. The magnetic bearing adopts UFCC synchronous vibration control technology to adapt to the balance state of the rotor, which can effectively suppress the vibration caused by the rotor imbalance and ensure the smooth operation of the rotor.

The TSD-AMBC series has an input voltage range of 220VAC and can be powered a  UPS connected with the public power network. The internal bus voltage range is 58VDC and the peak output power can reach 230VA. This series of products has a variety of communication interfaces, users can use PLC, RS485, CAN and other communication interfaces to control and monitor the operating status of equipment.
