The TSD-TB series is a highly integrated drive of vector control for high-speed motors designed for desktop applications. The drive uses a 3-generation device GaN hardware solution, incorporated with a unique "f5-generation motor control technology" to achieve SoC FPGA parallel acceleration, the output fundamental frequency up to 10,000Hzand can high-speed motors/spindles of 600,000 rpm . The product integrates the switching power supply (with PFC function), operating and display components, motor reactors, etc. required for the operation of the drive. The input can be directly connected to the 220VAC mains, which can easily realize the control of high-speed motors.

The TSD-TB series is a highly integrated drive of vector control for high-speed motors designed for desktop applications. The drive uses a 3-generation device GaN hardware solution, incorporated with a unique "5-generation motor control technology" to achieve SoC FPGA parallel acceleration, the output fundamental frequency up to 10,000Hz and can drive high-speed motors/spindles 600,000 rpm. The AC-DC power supply with PFC function inside the product provides power isolation and the color TFT-LCD display panel enables real-time display of drive status. The high level of integration of the TSD-TB series reduces the customer's installation space.

The motor can achieve high-performance sensorless vector control without encoder, which has the characteristics of high speed accuracy, fast dynamic response, and no speed drop under load increase, which significantly improves the processing performance. At the same time, small current harmonics can also significantly reduce the temperature rise of the motor/spindle and ensure the safety of motor/spindle operation.

The TSD-TB series has an input voltage range of 110VAC to 220VAC and can be powered directly by public power network. The output voltage range is 16V~90VAC and the rated output power can reach 1140VA. This series of products has a variety of communication interfaces, to meet the CANopen protocol of the CiA402 technical specifications. Users can use PLC, RS485, CAN and other communication interfaces to control and monitor the operating status of equipment.
