Founded in January 2018 and headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing, Tsino-Tek(Beijing) Co., Ltd. （QZYH）mainly develops and produces ultra-high-speed motors/electric spindle drives, with a maximum drive speed of 480,000 rpm, using high-precision  sensorless vector control technology to drive AC induction motors, brushless DC motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Products are widely  applied in national strategic fields of semiconductors, 3C processing, high finishing, new energy etc., mainly suitable for: dicing machines, PCB drilling and cutting machines, denture engraving equipment, zirconia ceramic processing equipment, turbomolecular pump, high-precision grinding machines, high precision engraving and milling machines, high-speed centrifugal blowers,  air compressors for hydrogen fuel cell, high-speed compressors and other occasions that demand the  employment of high-speed motor systems.

The core R&D team of Tsino-Tek is composed of doctors and masters from Tsinghua University, German universities and other well-known universities. The ultra-high-speed motor driver developed by TSino-Tek  adopts the system platform of "5-generation motor control technology + GaN/SiC power device" with a maximum output of 8,000Hz (corresponding to 480,000 rpm). The  5-generation of motor control technology employs SoC FPGA parallel acceleration vector control, which can improve the control precision and reduce current harmonics, ensuring no speed drop of motors/spindles in case of load increase., as well as delivering high torque output with low temperature rise.  The performance is significantly far beyond of the mainstream 4-generation DSP control technology.

In addition to the leading product design, Tsino-Tek also attaches great importance to the quality control of the production process. Located in Gu'an, Hebei Province, the company owns an intelligent manufacturing factory of 1,600m²,  with a SMT line, a wave soldering production line, a thermostaic room, and a aging room and other professional production and testing equipment.
