Mr. Han Guoqiang, deputy director of the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, visited Tsino-Tek for an investigation

On September 2, 2021, Han Guoqiang, deputy director of the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Tan Fuhua, deputy director of the Langfang Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Fu Shunyi, secretary of the Gu'an County CPC Committee and Feng Bin, deputy secretary of the Gu'an County CPC Committee, visited the park of Tsinghua university's major project pilot incubation base and conducted a special investigation of Tsino-Tek's "specialized, special and new" type enterprises. Liu Weiyou, vice president of Hebei Tsinghua Development Research Institute, Cao Jianguo, chief engineer, and Zhang Yunliang, vice president of Gu'an Branch, accompanied the investigation.

Deputy Director Han Guoqiang and his team visited the production line and test line of  Tsino-Tek. General Manager Luo Zhiwen reported on the history and development status of Tsino-Tek for the visitors. In the report, Deputy Director Han Guoqiang learned that Tsino-Tek developped the technology, baed on  the deep accumulation of motor control technology of Tsinghua University, that broke through the independent intellectual property rights of foreign stranging technology and contributed to the supply chain of China's semiconductor, high-precision processing and other industries. Deputy Director Han praised that enterprises like Tsino-Tek are exactly the " specialized and special new " enterprises that are urgently needed in the country to solve the problem of strangling technology. Deputy Director Han asked whether there were any difficulties in the development of the enterprise and Luo Zhiwen said that the enterprise has not encountered substantial difficulties at present, but hoped that in the future the government would help the enterprise in terms of production land and supporting policies so as to promote the rapid growth of enterprises.

Subsequently, Deputy Director Han and his team conducted extensive exchanges and discussions with General Manager Luo Zhiwen on the technical characteristics, quality control and positioning of  Tsino-Tek products, as well as the future positioning of the development path of "specialized and special new" enterprises. Luo Zhiwen also thanked the governments of Hebei Province, Langfang City and Gu'an County for their strong support and assistance to enterprises for a long time, and actively sought cooperation between the two sides in a deeper and broader field.

Zhang Yi, Shi Jian, Li Zhendong of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Jiang Bo of Jingnan High-tech Zone of Gu'an County jointly participated in the investigation activities.
