The HP2S-S23 under the HP series is a single-phase 230V AC input high-performance high-speed motor driver with an output frequency of up to 8,000Hz, capable of driving a high-speed motor/motor spindle at 480,000 rpm. The hardware solution of the third-generation SiC device and the unique SoC FPGA parallel acceleration software solution are used to realize the "fifth-generation motor control technology". The motor drive can achieve high-performance sensorless vector control without encoder, and has the characteristics of high speed accuracy, fast dynamic response, and no speed loss under load, which significantly improves processing performance. At the same time, the small current harmonic can also significantly reduce the temperature rise of the motor/spindle and ensure the safe operation of the motor/spindle.
HP2S-S23 products can be used for high-speed machining at the end of robots, medium and high-end CNC machine tools, high-speed centrifugal equipment, high-speed compressors and various applications that need to drive high-speed motors.
