Annual output of 100,000 sets of production lines to expand production capacity!

Tsino-Tek  production department brought good news - the company's annual output of 100,000 sets of production lines expansion was completed!

The production center of  Tsino-Tek  is located in the pilot incubation base of major projects of Tsinghua University. The base is the only pilot campus outside Tsinghua University. Since 2020, after the company's production center was put into operation at the Tsinghua Pilot Base, product sales have always been in short supply and the production capacity has been full year after year. Therefore, in order to meet customer needs more quickly and stably, the company made the decision to expand production capacity to 100,000 units at the end of 2021.

After the expansion of  Tsino-Tek , the production area was expanded to three times of the original (about 1,600 square meters). Colleagues from the relevant departments of the headquarters and the production department, cohesively, after only a few months of striving, have completed a series of work from the expansion site leasing, decoration, new equipment purchase, new equipment commissioning, personnel recruitment and so on.

In order to improve the control of the final product quality, in this expansion the company newly purchased and built a chip SMT patch line and a wave soldering production line. With the help of this independent and controllable SMT welding line, the company has also incorporated the chip SMT and soldering into the direct quality control system.

At present, the new production line has been officially put into operation. Just as the characteristics of  Tsino-Tek 's "5-generation motor control technology" - fast and stable, Tsino-Tek  can also respond quickly and stably to customers’ demand for ultra-high-speed drives after production expansion.
