Tsino-Tek production center landed in the pilot base of Tsinghua University

On August 5, Tsino-Tek  production base officially landed in the pilot base of Tsinghua University.

Tsino-Tek 's headquarter is located in UFIDA Industrial Park, Haidian District, Beijing. However, with the gradual enrichment of the company's product line and the rapid growth of customer orders, the company has repeatedly encountered the problem of delivery bottlenecks. Therefore, at the beginning of this year, the company decided to split the production function from the headquarter and set up an independent production base integrating assembly, testing and warehousing.

The new production center includes a complete manufacturing process such as incoming material inspection, warehousing, product assembly and factory testing. The company's production department has invested a lot of energy in the layout of the production line in the new center, the creation of production documents and the establishment of the quality control system, ensuring that the first set of products off the line of the new base is a product of high quality. In order to strengthen production management and better coordinate the work between R&D and procurement between the production center and the headquarter, a new ERP system was launched at the new base at the same time.

In order to enable the production center to better serve the final product quality, the relevant departments of the company finally decided to choose the pilot incubation base of Tsinghua University's major projects after many field visits and comparisons, comprehensive assessment of the park environment, logistics commuting, difficulty in recruiting workers and other factors. The base is the only pilot incubation park outside Tsinghua University, located in Gu'an,  South of Beijing, under the management of Tsinghua Hebei Institute. As a cutting-edge technology enterprise started by alumni of the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University, Tsino-Tek  has been valued by the leaders of the School Research Institute. For the landing of the production center, Tsino-Tek  also received policy support and strong assistance from the school research institute.

At present, the production center has been officially put into production and operation. By the support of a complete production and quality control system, Tsino-Tek  can provide customers with 20,000 sets of ultra-high-speed drive products every year.
