The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology went to Qingzheng Yuanhua to conduct the event Ultra-high-speed drive industry research

On July 14, 2022, Li Yechuan, Director of the Intelligent Equipment Division of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Yang Chunhui, Deputy Director Gao Shaoxiong, and Xue Jian, Deputy Director of Beijing Industrial Economics Research Center, went to Qingzhengyuanhua to conduct a special investigation on how to break the neck monopoly in the ultra-high-speed drive industry. Luo Zhiwen, General Manager of Qingzheng Yuanhua, Liu Feipeng, Chief Technology Officer, and Dr. Ni Zhongren, Sales Director, accompanied the research activities.

Introduction to the company's development

Director Li and other leaders visited the R&D laboratory, test bench and product display area. General Manager Luo Zhiwen reported on the product characteristics of Qingzheng Yuanhua and the comparison with foreign competitors. Based on decades of profound technical accumulation of the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University, the Qingzheng Yuanhua team took the lead in the industry to launch the "fifth generation motor control technology" using SoC FPGA parallel acceleration. This technology, combined with SiC/GaN devices, outputs a fundamental frequency of up to 8,000Hz and can drive a high-speed motor/electrospindle at 480,000 rpm. Through the combination of the most cutting-edge technology in software and hardware, Qingzheng Yuanhua products can be comparable to or even partially surpass foreign card neck competitors in terms of speed accuracy, dynamic response, on-load performance and motor temperature rise. Through independent research, Qingzheng Yuanhua has developed ultra-high-speed drive technology that breaks through the neck of foreign cards, and has been put into mass production, contributing to the deep independent contribution of China's supply chain in strategic fields such as semiconductors and high-precision processing.

Director Li and other leaders visited the R&D laboratory, product display and product testing area, and affirmed that Qingzheng Yuanhua is a typical representative of solving the neck problem for the country in the ultra-high-speed drive industry, and it is also a high-tech "intelligence-intensive" enterprise that deeply fits the industrial positioning of Beijing. Director Li also highlighted Beijing's customized support policies for the intelligent manufacturing industry chain.

In this investigation, Director Li also repeatedly encouraged Qingzheng Yuanhua to form business contacts with more enterprises in the Beijing and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions with the industrial chain, and drive the upgrading of regional industry technology through the breakthrough of a "point" of ultra-high-speed drive technology.
